Dual-energy X-ray foreign object inspection machine

This model features dual-energy photon detector hardware, enabling clear imaging of tiny bone fragments. Equipped with a generator designed to optimize energy for bone detection and offering selectable single- or dual-channel detection, it effectively boosts production efficiency.

On the software side, it utilizes BIE technology to analyze and integrate bone imaging details, achieving high detection accuracy and a low false-rejection rate, thereby reducing repetitive work.

Additionally, the system supports traceability functions (tracking images, operational events, etc.) and provides production data for future reference and adjustments.

Foreign Object Detection: Capable of detecting bone-based foreign objects—such as residual bone, bone chips, and cartilage—in raw meat products, as well as metallic or non-metallic contaminants like stones, ceramics, glass, rubber, and iron filings.
